Return your unit for the Last Ditch Repair Service

After you have purchased the Last Ditch Repair Service and filled out the info form, return your unit(s) to us via the process below.

1. Go to the Customer Account page.
2. Sign in to your account:
3. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
4. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
5. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
6. Click "Request return" for your original order for the unit(s) (not the Last Ditch Repair Order).
7. For reason choose "Other" and type "Repair."
8. Click "Request return".

Once we approve your return, you'll receive a return label via email.
